On mainland Europe, DEPA have the lion's share of Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps - the brief here was equally simple, expand the market share in the UK. Working very closely with UK distributor, Teesside-based Tomlinson Hall Ltd, liaising with both Germany and the American parent company, the Crane Corporation, effective communications would be critical to success.

 

The colour mix:

Industrial specification has changed over the years and the need to understand the specification process is critical. A new web site, Search Engine Optimisation, e-marketing techniques and networking opportunities coupled with trade media research, stunning advert designs and technical copy writing in a range of articles and press releases have been used.

The impact:

DEPA's UK market share continues to grow and other European distributors of DEPA's products have adopted the new conceptual work which now appears worldwide, whilst the agency is now handling other products for the same clients.
