Loading the barrel:

A highly respected Veterinary Practice in the North East and one of a limited number of recognised Veterinary Nurse Training Centres approved by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons; whilst retaining an incredibly loyal customer base and hoarding many wonderful stories of public interest, they achieved little publicity and their brand identity required review.

The colour mix:

A spectrum of marketing disciplines were put into play, including continuous publicity with regional and national press/radio, brand identity work, conceptual work, outdoor advertising at events, leaflets, pet health check diaries and on-line media with search engine optimization.

The impact:

A massively successful publicity campaign has achieved greater brand recognition and combined with the launch of the new brand and website has helped to facilitate continuing expansion plans.
