Case Study:
Muse Developments

“I have now worked with Silver Bullet on two occasions, promoting development through the planning system. They have provided a very high quality service and assisted enormously in making the public aware of proposals and generating support. I would recommend them to anyone.”

John Brooks, Director of Turley Associates

Loading The Barrel:

Muse Developments specialise in urban regeneration, and a proposal to return a former mine shaft site to positive use in North Tyneside is just one part of a UK-wide portfolio of responsible regeneration and development.

Plans to ultimately build a residential development on the site in North Tyneside relied on first getting approval to build a new access road to the land.

The Colour Mix:

The route of the road, which ran through land owned by local Blue Flames Sporting Club, provided an excellent platform for a PR and design campaign that raised awareness of the positive implications of the new development.

Marketing collateral which comprised of a new website, letters to councilors, leaflets which were distributed throughout the local community were followed by a manned public consultation and a collection of press releases.

The Impact:

The various methods of communications ensured that the people of Longbenton knew about every detail of Muse’s plans for the area, and that the surrounding community, not least those affiliated with the sports club, stood to benefit greatly should the plans be approved by the council.
