Case Study:
NHS Northumberland Tyne & Wear

“Silver Bullet are the only design agency I now use. I have always been impressed by their enthusiasm and energy levels. Most importantly, they always provide me with creative solutions of a standard and quality I have not found anywhere else.

I have used design agencies - all across the UK - over the course of the last 15 years and I have found Silver Bullet to be the best. They are a talented, proactive and bubbly team who clearly love their jobs.”

Colin Stephenson, Head of Communications

Loading the Barrel:

Serving more than 1.4 million North East residents, NHS Northumberland Tyne and Wear is one of the largest mental health and disability trusts in England. More than 6,000 staff deliver specialist care services from over 100 sites across the region, it’s a huge operation.

The Colour Mix:

With so many people involved in multiple complex and sensitive projects, internal communications is as important to the trust as external. Coupling fresh design ideas with traditional PR methods, our team provides the trust with the means to communicate what they do to everyone from the decision makers in parliament, to the patients in the region who benefit from the world-class care.

The Impact:

Thanks to a wealth of information material on our region’s mental healthcare, from policy to patient care, the trust has built successful campaigns that have enabled consistent patient care as well as breaking taboos surrounding the treatment of mental health issues.
